First week of the break seems to have passed by real fast. Last friday I went to school to meet my project mate for an assignment, this Singaporean Indian guy called Harish. This guy is a slacker man. Firstly, he came late and was sauntering in after 20 minutes. Secondly he didn't even bother to read the assignment outline before he came, let alone do any research or readings beforehand. Thirdly, he still must pretend to know everything. I was quite pissed off with him and didn't bother to hife it, and in the end he became much more cooperative. Got to meet him this coming Wednesday to discuss again and I told him to come prepared. He had the cheek to say that "Oh yeah of course. If we don't prepare there's no point in meeting up right?". I absolutely agree, you swine.

Saturday I went to Joel's place to bunk over, and at night we went to the Sizzler's here for dinner. The place is the same, with slight differences in the menu and that Singapore has a bit more stuff on the salad bar. It is also slightly more expensive here, though they print the GST inclusive prices on the menu so you know exactly how much you are paying for your food. Food was pretty much all right. Joel ate a lot and on the way home was feeling rather sleepy. He behaved like a drunk for the rest of the day.

Attended FCC with Joel the following day. Service was pretty all right, though I didn't know any of the songs from worship, but still had a pretty good time of worship. Had lunch at a place called Singapore Hawker Centre, where I had sweet and sour pork rice and Joel had Tom Yum Beehoon soup. The food was pretty all right. I also got to see my friend Tiffanie who is working there as a waitress.

After lunch we went to change and drove down to UWA to play captain's ball with the church people. It's been a long time since I played captain's ball or any other ball games man. Quite out of touch with it already. The game ended around 5.30 and I went back to Murdoch Uni with Joel's friend Jeremy while Joel stayed on for one last game and dinner with his peeps.

Went to Jame's house for the night to have dinner with my sis and Brother-in-law (BIL) and his sis, who is going back to Melbourne tonight. We celebrated my sis's birthday and Tim baked a cake for her as well. Tim is really good at baking cakes man. Want to ask him to teach me liao. After dinner we sang karaoke till late in the night. James can sound exactly like Andy Lau man and I'm not kidding about it. At first I thought he was just lip-synching and playing Andy Lau's voice but in the end it turns out that he's really singing. Good man. Next time Andy Lau sore throat can ask him to stand in already.
