It is that period of time again...where the most curious mix of emotions blend together. Anticipation, both in the good and bad sense, as well as dread, stress and enthusiasm. This is due largely to the upcoming exams (the negative emotions are from here) and my homecoming (the positive, duh...?).

I did a calculation of my course work today, it would take substantial effort for me to get a distinction for Macroeconomics (due to my failed mid-sems, thanks a lot Sam Tang), quite a lot of effort to achieve the same for Business History and International Trade, and some effort for Marketing Law. Somehow, my area of expertise is still law. Anyway these are my exam dates people. Do keep me in your prayers.

Macroeconomics : 5th Nov 2005 (*****)
Marketing Law : 9th Nov 2005 (*)
Business History : 10th Nov 2005 (***)
International Trade : 17th Nov 2005 (***)

As usual, the number of stars indicate the difficulty, the more stars there are, the more difficult the paper. Oh, and you guys should ask me about my Sam Tang encounter. It's a funny event that happened on the bus with my hongkie lecturer.

Went jogging today, and thankfully didn't swallow any flies. However, when I went home and was in the toilet, I noticed a dead fly on my forehead, smashed. The fly community must hate me by now (feeling's mutual anyway), but the amazing thing was its cause of death. You mean that I'm running so fast now that the fly who got in my way was dead on impact when it crashed into my face!?!! I mean, that's something those Olympic runners might not be able to duplicate as well. Woo hoo... I rock!!!

P.S. For those who are noticing the disturbing trend of insane blogs I've been posting lately, it's a sign of exam stress. Don't take it too seriously. I don't want, nor need little white men in white suuits lurking around my house with strait-jackets and tranquilizers.
