I love it when Thursdays are over because it means ONE MORE DAY to weekend and also NO MORE TUTES for the week! Whee~~

Today my house burglar alarm sounded at around 1pm.. I was in school and my BIL asked me to go home and check if everything is ok... Fortunately my classes were over so I went home straight to check on the house. It was probably a power trip that set the alarm off. If there was a real burglar... YOUR ASS IS MINE!~

Boiled some chrysanthemum tea for the first time today, as a friend was ill so I made some. It's amazing how a big pot of tea boils down to only like 1.5 litres... Just enough for her and another friend. Almost none left for myself.. Haha.. But can boil again lar..

Had dinner at Taurus with them. The 3 of us shared a beef hor fun and a san mee! It was huge and relatively cheap! Really enjoyed dinner tonight. Dessert was the honeydew ice cream from the Korean shop nearby. The honeydew ice cream absolutely rocks. It gets 5 thumbs up with Ian's recommendation. MUST TRY!

On the way home after dinner, I encountered my first booze bust. For those who are not familiar with Aussie terminology, a booze bust is a police spot check for drink driving. It was pretty fun:-

Police officer: Hi sir, good day.
Me: Hiya, how're ya doing.
Police officer: Can you please blow into the tube till I say stop?
Me: *Blows......*gasp*.. blows...*
Police officer: *Looks at reading* "Oh dear... You're fine.. Thank you and have a good night."
Me: *Not funny, cheap thrill..*

Quite fun... Quite fun when you didn't have any alchohol and there's no way of failing the breathalyser when you only drank chrysanthemum tea.
