Attended the AWE lecture early in the morning, and the lecturer still has not recovered from her sore throat. Her voice was going so high pitch at some places that I couldn't help but laugh... =P

IF lecture was quite ok as usual. There was a joke again where a student sitting in the 2nd row (1st was unoccupied) dropped all his files and stuff onto the 1st row with a great deal of clatter. The following dialogue ensued.

Nic (lecturer): This is what happens when you fall asleep in the front row.

Student: (-_-!!!)

Nic: You woke everybody else up.

All other students: (-_-!!!)

Student: I'm sorry about that Sir.

Nic: Oh it's all right, I thought that was the most interesting part of this lecture. Just don't do it too often.

Just love his tongue-in-cheek sorta humour.

Went to meet a friend in the city later on. She got trapped in the jam so she was LATE. And she says it's not her fault. LATE is LATE ok! Even if the freeway collaspe and you are late you are still LATE! Haha... But I don't blame you lar... Do you feel that you are bathing in the fountains of mercy? Joking lar..

We went to have Nando's chicken for lunch, and we ordered the extra hot one, which turned out to be not hot at all. But it was still nice. I realise that after eating, her chicken looked like it has been stripped clean of all the meat while mine (in her words) looked like a graveyard. Haha, need to develop more skill in it...

Went down to Harbourtown to shop after that. Really bought a lot of things today, like 3 shirts and one jacket. But it was really irritating for the both of us when we liked a specific article of clothing, and the size that fits us just happened to be sold out. It was as if 2 people who were our size had gone on ahead of us and took everything we wanted... So irritating. When I tried on the jacket at Jay Jay's, it happened to be a good fit! But unfortunately, there was a slight defect on the thread on it, so I decided to pass when the store didn't have any more in stock. So sad...

When we returned to the city, we saw another Jay Jay's, and went in to try out luck. They had the size of jacket that I wanted! But when I paid for it, the cashier told me that it was supposed to be $30 more expensive than the price stated on the rack. When I showed the price on the rack to her, she said that it was a mistake, but she'll have to give it to me at that price then. Whoo hoo~~ Goodie =P

Went to SV for dinner, we had this simple but tasty pasta dish. After that we went to Cutie Monster's place to look at her new short haircut. It definitely makes her look younger. Haha.. So sweet! We had nice ice longans kindly sponsored by QYC Pty Ltd. Here's one of the many slogans from QYC: "If you don't love cats, that's too bad."

Went home so late, and feeling so tired, that I could only blog this in the morning... But I'll backdate it to yesterday's date. Heh...
