Blogger was down all night and morning, so I couldn't get to blog. Anyway, here's what I did for yesterday.
Tuesday:
Woke up at 10.30, had brunch. Lazed around till 12, before my parents went out to go shopping in the city. I had to stay home to finish up my presentation and wait for a call, so I didn't follow. Called Mel at 1pm since he didn't call me, and talked to him for one and a half hours. Called Eileen after that, but she didn't pick up, called Kat, then called Eileen, still no answer, called Dinah. By the time I finished it was almost 4. Eileen msged me online, and I realised that she set her phone to "beep" mode. Called her and had a 3 way call with Mel as well. Gossiped about stuff, and then had an early dinner at about 4.30.
Finished up my presentation and went jogging. My legs cramped halfway and I had to stop. I think I shouldn't go so long without jogging again.. Another slightly unpleasant incident in the household again... Sigh... Think it's stupid.
Spoke to Yun Yun on MSN. I haven't spoken to her in like half a year. She said something funny,"To think that the laziest person in secondary school last time is the only person still studying now." Haha.. Really struck a chord as I remembered how slack I was in secondary school. It was really by God's grace that I've made it thus far.
Was frustrated since blogger was down so I had a relatively early night, but still woke up feeling tired as I dreamt a lot last night. I dreamt that I was eating prawns at one point! Gosh!!! That's like a nightmare!
Wednesday:
Went to school in the morning to do tutorials and meet Tzu Yao, Joel and Xiao Hui for coffee, as well as Nikki for last minute discussion on our presentation later. Went for my presentation at 1pm, and Nikki and I scored full marks for presentation! We had the highest mark in our class for our essay also! Whoo hoooo~ The tutor said he liked our style and structure of the essay, as it linked points together well! Haha.. Cool... Mostly Nikki's credit though, since I did more of the content while she did more of the structure.
Finance Law lecture was as usual, boring... Actually it's boring because our lecturer proceeds slowly, the content is pretty much all right. The funny thing is that he always asks,"Are you guys all right? Am I going too fast?" We are actually really enjoying watching all the turtles whizzing by...
International Finance tute was a shocker.. Halfway through our tutor shouted at some guys who were talking in class, although he did warn them a couple of times before he shouted. But just didn't expect him to lose his cool. He's normally quite calm and relaxed. But I'm on his side man. Those guys were like not even bothering to whisper, just speaking in a low tone..
After school I was meeting Tzu Yao to go home together, so I went to the geography building as agreed. WhenI went there he was not there yet, so I msged him and went to the toilet to relieve myself first. Halfway through relieving myself, the door opened and in walked Tzu Yao. I was like,"Wah, down here also can let you find ah..?" His reply,"Don't forget, I am the eyes of the Singapore Armed Forces." For those who don't know, Tzu Yao was a commando. Good right? Next time if you're trying to look for a friend who didn't show up for an appointment, go and find him. He will ferret the person out for you.
A friend called me about some relationship problems that she's having with her boyfriend after that, and I also have no idea how to resolve it...
Uncle Shi and wife, Uncle Lee and Joel (Murdoch) came to have dinner tonight. My mum made her specialty Hainanese chicken again. Gonna get real fat lor... That's the downside of having mum with me, but I'm not gonna complain lar.. Just jog more when she's going back.. Sigh... Wish she didn't have to leave.
Talked to Joel about some stuff, and listened to some funny video clips. One was a spoof of the James Gomez saga in Singapore, and it was about a guy buying bak chok mee from a stall, who insisted that he asked for no pig liver, but in fact didn't. In the end the mee seller had a video cam. It was so funny!!! Haha. My dad loved it as well. After it got quite late, I tried to hint at Joel to go home by playing the song "Closing Time". If you don't know the song, one part of the lyrics is like "You don't have to go home but you can't stay here." the rest of the song is pretty much along those lines so you get the idea. Anyway he got the hint, but decided to attack me with a pillow instead.. Thought that was really funny.. I was going to go on with the "Going home" jokes already... =P
Anyway gotta go school early tomorrow, so I'll end it here. Ciaoz~
