It's time for yet another episode of "Ian's life in Oz..."

Reached home at 1am plus after the games at SV. Kudos to Joel for sending me back. Thanks buddy.. I got to sleep at 2am, and had to wake up at 5.45am. Yes, you got that right, I had to wakie at 5.45am so that I can head off to Canningvale to sell my balloons. Such a sad life. Anyway, today's business was as usual. There wasn't a peak as some may predict due to Mother's Day. Oh yes, and speaking of which, here's a Happy Mother's Day to all mothers out there, though as far as I know there isn't a reader of my blog who's a mum... yet... =P

Got to know a really sad piece of news today... Fluffy and Potter has been given away to a dog pound here, as my friend just had a baby daughter last August. They were afraid that the dogs will scratch her, since she always climbs up to them and they are quite hyperactive dogs, so they decided to give them away. I just didn't know that it would be so fast, and to a dog pound. I dread to imagine that they are somewhere out there, confused at what is happening to them. I pray that they will be happy in their new home, and that they will get a nice owner. Really, really miss them...

Went home at around 12plus, and got to talk to my friend on MSN for a short while before heading to sleep. Zoned out till about 5plus, woke up and talked to another friend before heading out for dinner. My family and I went down to Chin's Noodlehouse at Leeming for Peking duck. The Peking duck there is good... We also had spare ribs soup, Peking spare ribs, spinach with belacan and beef brisket. It was a good meal. But my mum wasn't feeling too well after the meal, probably due to the red wine we drank. She probably drank it too fast, especially when she hardly takes alchohol. Anyway she threw up... Poor mum... But she's fine now though, after she threw up, so no worries there.

Came back and talked to my friend on MSN for about an hour, before going for a jog. I was real lucky today. As soon as I came out of the shower after the jog, I can hear it raining outside my house. Heh... Anyway, nothing left to blog so I shall go and sleep again...
