To all my dearest fans, sorry that my updates have been a day late. I think this is seriously the most fun semester that I've had since I came here. I've been having so many late nights out and keep having to backdate my blog; in fact, I feel rather guilty cause I have been not jogging everyday also... And I'm getting fatter... This cannot go on... I need to get back on track and in time for my weight-loss plan to succeed. Plan B starts on Wednesday. (After my parents go home)

Anyway, yesterday I woke up in the morning and called Lydia, Joey and Meisi, who were supposed to have woken up at 8am to go grocery shopping before coming to my house for facial by my mum. However, when I called all 3 of them at 10.40, only Lydia answered. In a rather sheepish tone, I was informed that Lydia and Meisi had only just awoken from their slumber. Before that I actually had a vision of Joey reaching for a can right on top of the shelf and the shelf collasped with all the can food on the 3 of them. (thus explaining why none of them picked up their respective phones except for Lydia a little while later) So in the end Joey decided not to come while Lydia and Meisi would catch the 11.30 bus and come to my place via a bus transfer at the Murdoch Park 'N' Ride.

At around 11.55, I received a phone call from Meisi who informed me that they just missed the bus they were supposed to transfer to, and the next bus leaves at only 12.51pm. No matter how I looked at it, it didn't seem likely that they can make it to my house, have lunch and facial, before leaving all in time to meet Joel and the rest at 2pm in the city. Hmm... So I had to drive down and pick them up. The 2 big cards. (<=to understand, translate to Chinese literally. If you still fail to understand, translate from Chinese to Hokkien. If you still fail to comprehend, you're hopeless. Give in.)

We had a nice and sumptous lunch cooked by my mum (To think she told me it was just a simple lunch. I think she was showing off.) We had omelette with ham and onions, curry and vegetables, together with rice and/or bread. Yummy! Mum's cooking rocks!

The gals had facial and eyebrow plucking respectively, while I went to get ready. Later on, we went down to the city to meet the other gals. (Joel had to stay home to rush his assignment.) We went down to Utopia at Northbridge for KTV, and I thought it was cheap. $9 for 3 hours is cheap, though it was because we went at the happy hour before 5pm. The soft drinks that was supposed to come with the room sucks though. One jug of coke between the 7 of us. Not even a 3/4 glass for everyone. But I had a really fun time singing with the rest of the gals (oh yeah, I was the only guy). The most fun song was the "Ai Bu Pa" song by the Grasshoppers. And when Raine was selecting this song she almost selected songs by the Cockroaches instead, cause Joo saw wrongly. That was funny.

We had dinner at Hog's Breath Cafe after that, and Joel and Huiqian came to join us. I think Hog's Breath wasn't fantastic, though I've been told that the steak that I ordered wasn't that good. But overall, it was still good in terms of portion and taste. 3 and a 1/2 stars out of 5. Pending further analysis.

Joey, Raine, Joo, Zen and Huiqian went back in Huiqian's car after dinner, while Joel, Meisi, Lydia and I took the last bus back to Murdoch. It was literally the last since we were actually running to catch the 2nd last bus so as to transfer to the last bus back to Murdoch Uni at Park 'N' Ride. However, we missed the 2nd last bus by 1 min. But we were really lucky as there was still one more bus waiting for us at P&R <= figure it out. Lazy. So we didn't have to walk all the way back.

Had Baskin Robbin's ice cream together with some other ice cream from this place with a funky foreign name. El something. Also played Indian Poker again, followed by a magazine game that Ah Yu introduced to me when I was back in Singapore. Joey hated it. Too bad Joey.

Reached home late... I was so tired that I had to blog this the next day. I need to go sleep now, cause I just came back from Canningvale Market... More about today, that is tomorrow from the blog's perspective, later.
