Went to look for Joel at Murdoch this morning to pass him some sandwiches my mum made for his lunch, as he is having a presentation today. Thought that he might not have time to prepare any lunch, so hope that helped. After that, I went for breakfast with my friend at Mac's. Wow, it's like only the 3rd time that I'm having Mac's here in Perth, after one and a half years. Amazing...

Went down to school to meet Joel (UWA) for coffee and he told me about his 'juicy' stories. After that I was supposed to meet Nikki for our assignment meeting, but as usual, she was late.. Sigh...

Went home to meet my parents and uncle and aunt. We are supposed to go to my uncle's friend's place for a BBQ dinner. When we reached there, we were quite surprised to see the amount of cars outside the place. It turned out that they invited a lot of people to come over for BBQ as well. And the BBQ food was real good... Here's the menu:

Entree
1) Crackers
2) Salad
3) Mushroom Soup (not instant one)

Main
1) Chicken chop
2) Beef Steak
3) Grilled salmon
4) Lamb Chop
5) Pork cutlets
6) Cheese-baked cauliflower
7) Mutton Soup
8) Grill squid
9) Prawns (how it was prepared I didn't know and didn't care)
10) Corn on the cob

Dessert
1) Strawberry pudding
2) Cut Fruits
3) Green Bean soup
4) Apple Strudel
5) Pandan Cake

Crap right? Such a lot of food. And the food were all excellent!!! I wanted to ask them how to make the sauce for the meats but they didn't want to share as the recipes were secret... So sad... Oh and by the time the green bean soup was served I was getting quite shocked already. So much food!!! Gosh... Joel (Murdoch) would go crazy here. And I think he would kill for the recipes... =P

I have to return my BIL's car to him this Thursday... So sad... No more car liao... Next time cannot anyhow go out liao.. Sad sad sad...
