Went to church in the morning with Joel and Yan. It was our senior pastor, Rev Cheng Lai's last service as senior pastor, as he is retiring. It was quite an emotional service and there were a few silent tears here and there as they recounted how the church was built up slowly over the last decade, from a gathering of 50 people to the present strength of about 400. (figures are estimates only)
Had a sumptous lunch of home-cooked food prepared by some of the ladies in church, before bringing Yan over to the Korean shop nearby to buy some ice-cream. After that, Yan and I headed down to Fremantle for some shopping at the Freo market, followed by coffee at the Dome. Joel had gone to pick up Lydia's boyfriend Steve at the airport, and they joined us later on for some coffee.
All of us headed back to Murdoch to pick up the rest, before heading down to Ogden's for a dinner. Zen was supposed to join us as it was her last day in Perth, but she couldn't make it. Too much lar Zen... But here's wishing you all the best, all right? Do stay in touch and keep in contact.
At Ogden's we had a rather unpleasant encounter with one of the service staff. She was unusually rude and extremely irritating. That spoilt the dinner for us, and Joel was so fuming mad that you would see the fire in his eyes. I had a little chat with the manager after the dinner, and she apologised and offered to buy us drinks. However, no one felt like staying so we went off without taking a drink. Ogden's has henceforth been struck off the list of Ian's recommendations. I'd rather pay more and go to Sizzler's instead. We forgot to take a group photo at Ogden's, probably because we were too pissed, but here's some photos of us.

Steve and Lydia (sorry but I just can't resist putting this one up=P)

It's a shame. I really liked the place. But I tend to be rather unforgiving about this sorta stuff. The manager failed to placate me as well, so too bad...
We went to my house for some drinks instead, and to watch CSI. Only chatted and bummed around for an hour or so before we all left. Everyone had things on the following day, and we were all feeling pretty tired. Whew~
