Joel and Arthur came to pick me up in the morning, so that Joel can do his pre-camp shopping, and send me his car. Then I need to go to school so do some stuff, meet Nikki and Eddy for lunch, and play mahjong afterwards. Had the beef hor fun at Broadway for lunch, and it's really nice! But as usual, I had indigestion after eating it. Think it's too oily.

Eddy introduced me to 3 friends of his, who are coming to UWA for one year as part of their distant learning program from PSB in Singapore. So I got to meet Sherlyn, Wan Ting and Daisy, who had been in Perth for only 2 days, and had been looking for houses to stay in for this one year. It's funny when I heard how they walked 3 hours to the housing agent's office because he claimed that Claremont (where the office is) is near to Nedlands (where Trinity College and UWA is). 3 hours walk and he says that it is near? Gee...

Went to Eddy's house to play mahjong afterwards, together with Nikki and Tiffany (Aaron's girlfriend). Tiffany is so darn lucky!!! I had my worst loss today, but because we play small small only, it is still considered cheap entertainment. (less than $10 for 3 hours entertainment)

Had a craving for KFC dinner, so Nikki, Eddy and I went to the one at Subiaco for dinner. Too bad Joel (UWA) is not working there today, or we might have some extra chicken or coleslaw for dinner. =P By the way, KFC pays like $14 per hour while you're still a trainee, and $17 an hour when you graduate. Assuming you work a normal shift of 8 hours a day for 5 days a week, that comes up to $2,240 and $2,720 a month if you're a trainee and a normal counter staff respectively. Why the hell do we study so much? That is like uni grad starting pay in Singapore.

Need to go pick Dwi Jin up at the airport soon, and pass him the car as well. Feeling tired and don't feel like going, but oh well... Dwi Jin's a nice guy anyway, so I don't mind so much. Joel (Murdoch) ah... Next time if I know that helping you take over the car for one day is gonna be so much trouble, I'd rather not have to do it ah... You owe me.

Calculated my expenditure today, and realised that a lot of people owe me money. And the worst thing is that they owe me money because I settled the food bill for them first. Owe money pay money hor... I don't like people to owe me money one... Especially when it has been too long. And especially when I am not financially well off liao. Pay up, people!
