Went down to Murdoch to meet Meisi before going on down to the city. We were both feeling so starved and hungry that we made a beeline for Nando's, our lunch choice for today. The chicken was rather nice as usual, and I had a rather feeling lunch. Caught the movie The Lakehouse after lunch. The story had a rather nice concept, and the ending was quite touching. However, it lost points for being too draggy and long-winded. This movie gets just a pass.

Shopped around the city and finally managed to get Joel's birthday present. Man, it's not easy choosing a present for this dude. Spongebob was really just a last resort. We left it to the bottom of the garter, to be taken if we had no choice. Finally, at Myers, we chose a sandwich press plus grill. Hope you like it man.

Headed down to Hog's Breath cafe at Northbridge for dinner after that. We had lots of food, and they were all rather nice, except for the steak which was quite tasteless today. Note to myself, do not order the Garlic Mushroom Prime Rib again. Others are nice though.

Headed back to SV to watch Wu Jian Dao with Meisi. Halfway through, Joey called and asked if we wanted to go down to Conca's for chilli mussels. Didn't really feel like it, but gave in to their requests and went down with them after the movie. I shared a supreme pizza with Raine and Joey (who were supremely hungry) while Raine, Joey, Lydia and Meisi shared a large bowl of chilli mussels as well.

So tired after everything. I couldn't even see properly, but thank God I managed to reach home safely.
