Studied the whole day, basically. Some unpleasanties happened in the day, but there's no need to rehash any of it, since it's all passed. Went down to Murdoch at night to give Meisi a surprise visit, and see how she is, before heading home for a long-awaited zoning out session.
Tuesday:
Studied all day again, with Tsu Yao this time, who just kept being envious of Xiao Hui and all the "char kway teow" she is eating now. We had another 2 friends Debbie and Peihui who went back, but Tsu Yao says that he is not as envious of them because they are vegetarian. What the...
Went over to Murdoch in the evening for dinner cooked by Meisi for Joey, Yukiko and me. She made 'mee sua', which was really quite good. After that, we went down to Garden City for a movie, "Lady in the Water". There were rather mixed opinions on the film. I, for one, found it not good. Meisi rather liked it. Joey and Yukiko leaned more towards the same opinion as me. Didn't get to ask Baron, Bob, Mari and Kimiko for their opinions. We visited the video arcade (which features the same games as Singapore's. albeit 10 years ago) and there was a lot of excitement over one of those soft-toy catching machines. Oh yeah, and I saw this hot biker dudette astride her choice of transport. Here's a pic I secretly snapped of her. =P
Biker GalWe went for Domino's pizza's supper after that, and ate it in Flat 77, followed by a chatting and longan session at Flat 3 with Joel and Huiqian. It's been really long since I had a good talk with Joel.
Wednesday:
Studied the whole day with Tsu Yao again, but we had some entertainment in between this time. We decided to make use of the ping pong table in my backyard, and had some matches between Ngee Ann Secondary and Springfield Secondary. =P Ngee Ann lost 2 matches out of 3, but hey, it was my first time playing ok... Went to Spencer Village to buy some soyabean milk and passed it to Meisi and Joey at Murdoch, before going to meet Tiffany, whom I've owed soyabean milk for a long long time. We went to Taurus for a takeaway dinner which we had at her house. Had to leave at 10.30pm as I was expecting a phonecall at 11pm. Talked on the phone till late in the morning, before falling asleep. Studying commences in less than 6 hours...
