Found this poem somewhere. It's rather amateurish, but I kinda like it. Not that I'm feeling anything like it, but I always had a thing for sad stuff. :D
Fear
Been a while since we touched,
since we sat on the swings,
Still remember your touch,
your kiss, and every little thing,
The starry nights we passed,
watching planes fly by.
We shared a common dream,
and now we say good bye.
Distance's come between us,
like an endless barrier.
I long to be with you,
but now you're never near.
Days pass and we never say a word.
Slowly drifting, silently moving.
Time creeps by with no sound.
Nothing worth leaving, nothing worth waiting.
All these years, all these tears,
all the time that you were here.
All these fears, how they sear,
scarring all I've held so dear.
