Fully recovered from my nasty flu now, and I got to go jogging again today, as I didn't dare to do so while I was sick last week. My stamina declined a little, and I didn't dare to push myself too hard, so I jogged only part of my regular distance.
When I weighed myself at home, I realised that I lost 1 and a half kilograms over the weekend!! Must be due to the sickness, which means that I will probably be putting them on easily again as well... This is bad.. Sigh... no pain, no gain.
