It's been a long long long time since I blogged. Time to take my blog down from the cold dark shelf, unwrap the plastic wrapping and start using it again. Work has just been so busy that I haven't got any time to do any blogging. This is such far cry from semester 1 when I could still blog occasionally from work. I guess the work of a lecturer is not really easy sometimes. You are dealing with so much, and dealing with students is not always easy (trust me, in a population of about 500 students there are always a handful of idiots).
Work has not been exactly smooth-going as well. After half a year here you can actually see more of the behind-the-scenes politics. Oh well... that's life and work isn't it? I bet unhappy things are bound to be around in every corner. You just learn to deal with it and remain happy at the same time. At least I still enjoy teaching. At least in most cases. Some days the more idiotic students drive me to the wall and I really want to kick some of them out of my class.
It seems that these days I've been so busy that I've been spending so little time with friends. To everyone: I'm really sorry, but we'll hang out more once this semester is over ok? 2 more months to go!
My parents are here for a short hol! No laundry and cooking for a couple of weeks!~ I need to get back to my mid-sem marking so here's the lyrics of a nice song that I'm currently setting on repeat! It's a remix of 6 different songs, nicely spliced together in a jazzy tune!
